Physical well-being is all around you. Everyday things that you do help your physical well-being. When you are doing your early morning fitness with Mr Mitchell, you are helping your body develop muscles and you are also helping oxygen flow to the brain to help you think . Even though you think fitness is irrelevant, it is helping your body grow and it is releasing endorphin's to make you happy. Even though you really want to eat that last cookie, you choose to eat that last mandarin and that helps you get more nutrition into your body, and that nutrition helps your organs work properly. When you decide to go to have a little nap, you are deciding to look after your body, sleeping also repairs broken tissue, grow muscles and much more. Every healthy decision you make, you make a decision to help your body grow and develop each and everyday.
